Once you receive an email from the Jatheon Cloud platform informing you that you've been added to your organization's account, you'll need to set up your password to be able to log in.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be able to:

• Search for any email that has been processed (for any of the users belonging to your organization) and use the following: 
  • Simple Search
  • Advanced Search
  • Fuzzy Search 
    
  • Save a search so that you can access it later
  • View Recent Searches
  • Create Keywords and conduct searches based on the Keyword Lists
• Perform all email actions, including:
  • Download
  • Export
  • Restore
  • Forward
  • Reply
  • Reply to All
    
  • Manage and Add Notes and Search for the emails that contain Notes
• Use tags and manage user activity:
  • Create Personal Tags
  • Create Legal Hold Tags
  • Create Retention Tags
  • View Audit Logs for any user belonging to your organization (yourself included)
• Create and Manage Cases:
  • Managing Cases
  • Add Email(s) to a Case
  • Add Audit log(s) to a Case
  • Add Keyword List to a Case
