To use the Export functionality on Jatheon Cloud, you'll first need to log in as a user with Export permission.

To be able to export a set of results, you need to perform a search first. To find out how to perform Simple, Advanced or Social Search, check out these articles:

As soon as you get the results, you can select a single email or multiple emails. The maximum number of emails you can choose is 1000 for Export (Email Export), and 100 for Forward, Download and Restore bulk actions.

Once you select the desired emails, click the Export button and a popup will appear presenting the option to export the email(s) to: PST, PDFEML, CSV and XLS.

For PST Export:
The user needs to enter the Export name and also choose whether they want to export the emails as original email, or as a processed email.

For PDF Export:
The user needs to enter the Export name and also choose whether they want to include all the attachments or attachment transcript. There will also be an option to include all email notes in case the user performing export action also has a permission to Manage Notes.

There is also an option to Anonymize footer, i.e. to hide user's personal information in the footer of the exported PDF file.

Once the PDF file is created, you will also be able to see the Search Criteria, both for Email and for Social export.

For EML Export:
The user needs to enter the Export name and also choose whether they want to export the emails as original email, or as a processed email.

For CSV Export:
The user needs to enter the Export name. Email, ID, From, Subject, Date/Time and Size will be shown.

For XLSX Export:
The user needs to enter the Export name. Email, ID, From, Subject, Date/Time and Size will be shown.

Give your Export a name (note that only letters, digits, underscores and hyphens are allowed) and click the Export button to export the selected items.

Alternatively, you can export all Search Results, by clicking the Export All button, where all the Search Results would be exported.

The Export will be triggered and once it is ready, you'll get an email with a download link.

You can also access exports by going to the Exports section.

Depending on whether you used single email export or bulk email export (more than one email), you will be able to find the export either in Single Exports or Bulk Exports section, respectively. There is also a Social Export tab where all the social exports will be presented.

Click the desired export to view the status report and Download link.

Since the generated Export link is valid for a week, we've enabled a Re-Run Export option. This option allows you to run the same export query that was initially triggered. The export will be shown at the top of the Export list.

Note: Since some emails might have been expunged in the meantime, you could get a different result set compared to the initial Export.

You can also get to see the checksum verification for each export:

It will be possible to Cancel an Email Export in case the processing still hasn't started. It will be possible to Re-run it and the status of the Export will become Canceled.
