How to Find WhatsApp Messages Deleted by a Content Policy

WhatsApp messages that are automatically removed by a Content Policy (see How to Create a Content Policy for WhatsApp) are marked with a Deleted by Policy status, separate from messages a user deleted or edited themselves. To find them:

  1. Log into Jatheon Cloud.
  2. Go to the Search section and open the Social Media Search tab.
  3. In the first dropdown, select the WhatsApp account(s) you want to search.
  4. In the third dropdown (search criteria), select Status.
  5. In the fourth dropdown, select Deleted by Policy (alongside the existing Is Deleted and Is Modified options).
  6. Click Search.

The results will only include WhatsApp messages that were deleted at the source because they matched a Content Policy — as opposed to Is Deleted (messages the user deleted themselves) or Is Modified (messages that were edited).

You can combine Status = Deleted by Policy with other search criteria using Add Field (AND) or Add Block (OR), the same way as any other Social Media Search — see How to Search for Social Media Content for details.
