WhatsApp messages that are automatically removed by a Content Policy (see How to Create a Content Policy for WhatsApp) are marked with a Deleted by Policy status, separate from messages a user deleted or edited themselves. To find them:
- Log into Jatheon Cloud.
- Go to the Search section and open the Social Media Search tab.
- In the first dropdown, select the WhatsApp account(s) you want to search.
- In the third dropdown (search criteria), select Status.
- In the fourth dropdown, select Deleted by Policy (alongside the existing Is Deleted and Is Modified options).
- Click Search.
The results will only include WhatsApp messages that were deleted at the source because they matched a Content Policy — as opposed to Is Deleted (messages the user deleted themselves) or Is Modified (messages that were edited).
You can combine Status = Deleted by Policy with other search criteria using Add Field (AND) or Add Block (OR), the same way as any other Social Media Search — see How to Search for Social Media Content for details.
