Getting started with Jatheon Cloud is easy: setup usually takes one to two hours, and Jatheon never charges for setup, legacy data import or training.

Our team helps you connect your email platform, usually by setting up journaling so every email is archived automatically. You can then connect other channels, such as social media, chat apps, text messages and files, from the Connectors tab in Company Settings.

If you have an existing archive, we import it for you. Jatheon handles migrations from legacy and competitor systems with minimal effort on your side, and you can start archiving new data while older data is imported.

Once you're set up, your users can log in, search the archive and get to work. Training is available, and this help center has step-by-step guides for every feature.
