Yes. Jatheon can import your existing email archive, including legacy emails from other archiving solutions, into Jatheon Cloud or Jatheon cCore.
The simplest case is an archive in PST or EML format stored on an accessible network share. Jatheon also handles migrations from legacy and competitor archiving systems, and our team manages the process from data extraction to verification, so it takes minimal effort on your side. How long it takes depends on the size of your existing archive.
In Jatheon Cloud
You can upload PST and EML files yourself in the Import section, or use one-click migration tasks for sources such as Microsoft 365, Google Vault and Barracuda. For other archives, our migration partner moves your data for you.
In Jatheon cCore
Our Support Team ingests PST and EML files into the appliance, where they're archived and searchable like any other email.
