You can create a Jatheon Cloud account for your organization in just a few minutes. The credentials you sign up with become the Account Admin on the Jatheon Cloud platform.

Fill in the registration form

1. Go to https://cloud.jatheon.com/register.

2. Fill in these fields:
   • Company Name – the name of your organization
   • First Name – your first name
   • Last Name – your last name
   • Work Email Address – the email address you'll use to log in to the platform
   • Password – the password you'll use to log in to the platform (pay attention to the password rules)
3. Click Sign Up for Jatheon Cloud. The button becomes active only once you've entered all the required fields.

Please note that the credentials you provide here will be set as the Account Admin on the Jatheon Cloud platform.

You'll also receive an email to verify your email address and be able to log in to the platform.

Enter your account information

1. In the Account Information form, fill in these fields:
   • Billing Person – the first and last name of the person in your organization we should contact about billing
   • Billing Email Address – a valid email address of the Billing Person
   • Website – your organization's website
   • Phone number – the contact phone number for your organization
   • Street address, City, State and Country

Please note that all these fields are mandatory.

2. Click Continue to Configuration. You can click it only once you've entered all the fields.

Configure your account

1. In the Account Configuration form, provide this information:
   • Geo-fencing – choose the AWS region where your data will be stored (the USA or Canada)
   • Mail server – choose your mail server (Google, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365)
   • Domain(s) – enter at least one valid domain that your organization uses
   • Timezone – choose your organization's timezone (UTC by default)
   • Analyzer Language – the language to use for the Elastic Search analyzer (currently English and German are supported)

2. Click Complete Registration.

You'll see the success page containing your IAM credentials.

Please note that you should save these credentials before you continue the account setup.

Verify your account

1. Click the verification link in the email we sent you.

You'll then receive another email containing the journaling email. You can then set everything up on your end and start using the Jatheon Cloud platform.
