As an MSP Admin, you can set the timezone for each of your clients. All the dates and times the client's users see are shown in that timezone. The default timezone is [UTC] Coordinated Universal Time.

Set the timezone for a client

1. Go to the Clients section.
2. Find the client and click Edit.

3. The client's Dashboard opens. Open the Configuration tab.
4. Click the Timezone dropdown and choose a timezone.
5. Click Save Changes.

You'll see a confirmation message: Client successfully updated. From then on, all the client's users see dates and times in the new timezone.
