As an MSP Admin, you manage all your clients in the Clients section of the Jatheon MSP portal.

View your clients

Go to the Clients section. To find a client, type in Search clients..., or click Filters to filter by Status, Type or Social.

Clients section

Each row shows:

  • Type — Paid, Free Trial or Demo
  • Status — Active or Inactive
  • ID
  • Company & MSP Name
  • Domains — the number of email domains
  • Users — the number of users
  • Inboxes — active mailboxes / all mailboxes
  • 2FA — whether two-factor authentication is On or Off
  • Last 24H — emails archived in the last 24 hours
  • Total Emails
  • Social — the connected social media accounts

Deactivate or delete a client

Open the More menu (represented with ...) at the end of the client's row.

More menu with Deactivate and Delete

  • Select Deactivate to set the client to Inactive. You'll see a confirmation message: Client successfully deactivated. To turn it back on, select Activate.
  • Select Delete to delete the client. In the Delete Client window, click Delete to confirm. You'll see a confirmation message: Client successfully deleted.

Please note that you can only delete a client that has no users. If the client still has users, the window tells you how many, and Delete is disabled until you delete them.
