As an Account Admin or Compliance Officer, you can search the websites your organization archives with Jatheon Cloud and view any page as it looked when it was archived.

Please note that the Website tab only appears if your role has the Run website searches permission and your organization archives at least one website.

Search your archived websites

  1. Go to the Search section.
  2. Open the Website tab.
  3. Click Choose Account(s) and select the websites you want to search. Click Select All to search all of them.

Website tab with the Choose Account(s) dropdown open

  1. Click the Range field and choose a date range, such as Last 90 Days.
  2. Select the field you want to search:
    • Page Title/File Name — the title of the page or the name of the file
    • File Type — the type of file, such as Text, Image, Audio, Video or Application
    • Content — the full text of the page or file (selected by default)
    • Tags — tags applied to the item
    • Notes — notes added to the item

Work with the results

Each result shows the page title or file name, its URL, the date it was archived and its size. Every archived version of a page is listed as a separate result. You can show 25, 50 or 100 results per page.

  1. Click a result to see its details on the right: the Page Title (or File Name), URL, Date Created, Date Updated, Size and a Transcription of the content.
  2. Use the toolbar above the details to Download the file, Apply Tag, Add Note or Add to Case. Some of these may be in the More menu (represented with ...).

To act on several results at once, select their checkboxes and click Apply Tag, Add To Case or Remove Tag at the top of the list. You can select up to 100 results for these actions.

View an archived page

  1. Click a result that's a web page.
  2. Click View. The Archived Page window opens and shows the newest version of the page.
  3. To see an older version, select it from the Version dropdown and click View.

You can also pick a version from the Version dropdown next to the page title in the result's details. If a page has no archived snapshots, the View button is disabled.
