To add a website for archiving, go to the Connectors page and locate the Website connector.

Hover over it and click the + icon that appears. A setup popup will open with three fields to complete:

  • Name — A label for this connector so you can identify it easily in your list
  • Domain/Subdomain URL — The full domain or subdomain you want to archive (e.g., yoursite.com or docs.yoursite.com)
  • Crawl Frequency — Select Daily or Weekly depending on how often you want the site crawled

Click Create Connector. A success notification will confirm the connector was created, and it will appear in the Website Connectors table.

What you'll see in the table:

  • Status - Active, Inactive, or Disconnected
  • Name - The label you assigned
  • Domain/Subdomain - The URL being archived
  • Frequency - Daily or Weekly
  • Date Connected - When the connector was first activated
  • Storage - Archive storage used
  • Actions - Connect or Disconnect, depending on current status

Starting the First Crawl

Creating the connector does not start crawling automatically. To begin archiving:

  1. Find your connector in the table
  2. Click the Actions menu (...) in its row
  3. Select Connect

A success notification will confirm the connection. The first crawl will complete within one day (Daily) or one week (Weekly) of connecting.
