- Click Choose Account(s) and select your page under Facebook Pages.
- Keep All Types, or select Facebook Post, Facebook Comment, Facebook Photo, Facebook Video or Facebook Message under Facebook Types.
- Set the date Range and your search criteria, and click Search.

Posts
At the top, the header shows the type, for example FACEBOOK PHOTO or FACEBOOK POST, followed by the page name and the date and time. Click the date to open the post on Facebook. For check-ins, the location is shown after the date.
Below the header, you'll see the text of the post, which you can expand with Show more, and its photos or video. Click a photo to view it larger.
Under the post, the COMMENTS tab shows how many comments it has and lists them, with replies indented under the comment they reply to. Sort them by Newest or Oldest, and click LOAD PREVIOUS COMMENTS or LOAD MORE COMMENTS to see more.
Comments
When you open a comment, it's shown under its post, in the COMMENTS section. Click LOAD PREVIOUS COMMENTS or LOAD MORE COMMENTS to see the comments around it.
Messenger messages
When you open a Messenger message, the whole conversation between your page and the other person is shown as a chat, and the message you selected is highlighted. Group conversations show a Participants link that lists everyone in the chat.
Edited and deleted items
When a post or comment was edited, it's marked Edited. Click Edited to choose a version and see what changed. The current version is marked (Latest).
When a post or comment was deleted on Facebook, it stays in the archive and is marked DELETED. The list of versions shows when it was deleted.
From the toolbar above the item, you can Export it, Apply Tag, Add Note or Add to Case, depending on your permissions. On a smaller screen, some actions are under More.
