How to Upload a Single File in the Import Section

If you need to upload a single file that doesn't exceed 500MB, you can do it by following these steps:

1. Log into Jatheon Cloud as an Admin (or any other user who has been granted the custom permission to view the Import section and upload files)
2. Head over to the Import section
3. Click the Upload Files button and you'll see two options:

• Single File (must be smaller than 500 MB) and
• Any File (must be smaller than 16GB, via AWS – you'll be taken to AWS in a new tab)

1. Select the Single File option 

The File Explorer will open, and you'll be able to choose a file in one of the following formats – .pst, .eml or .zip. Once you select the file, you'll be presented with a pop-up, where you can:

• Change the file by clicking the Change button and selecting a new file in the File Explorer
• Confirm the upload by clicking the Upload File button

The file will be uploaded in the background and displayed in the Import section as soon as the upload is completed.
