As an Account Admin, or a user with the Create users permission, you can add new users to your organization.

Create a user

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner and select Company Settings.
  2. Open the Manage Users tab.
  3. Click New User.

New User in the Users list

  1. Enter the user's First Name, Last Name and Email Address. These are required. The Job Title is optional.
  2. Choose the Status:
    • Active — the user can log in once they've set their password
    • Inactive — the user can't log in until you activate them. New users are Inactive by default.
  3. Choose the user's Role, for example User, Compliance Officer or Administrator. You can also pick a custom role. See How to Set Custom Roles.
  4. Click Save Changes.

New User form

You'll see a confirmation message: User successfully created. The new user appears in the Users list, marked Unverified until they set their password.

What the new user does next

The new user gets an email with a link to set their Jatheon Cloud password. Once they've set it, they can log in, and their status in the Verified column changes to Completed.

To add several users at once, click Import in the Users list. See How to Import Users by Uploading a CSV File.
