Training can be organized as individual or group sessions for end users, and as individual sessions for admins and compliance officers. That way, each group learns the parts of the archive they'll actually use: end users learn to search and retrieve their own emails, while admins and compliance officers also learn user management, policies, legal holds, audits and exports.

Our Support Team schedules the training with you after the initial setup, at a time that suits your team. Training is included, and Jatheon never charges for it.
