You can sign up for or log in to Jatheon's knowledge base, a resource that contains how-to articles based on various use case scenarios and system manuals.

Sign in to the knowledge base

1. Click the Sign in button in the upper right corner of the Support Center page.

The Sign-in pop-up window opens.

2. If you are an existing user, log in with your email and password.

Sign up as a new user

1. On the Sign-in pop-up window, click Sign up. The sign-up pop-up opens.

Reset your password

1. Click Forgot my password on the login pop-up.
2. Fill in your data.
