In both Jatheon Cloud and Jatheon cCore, the people in your organization who handle public records requests, such as compliance officers and FOIA coordinators, can view FOIA results and share them with others.
Once the relevant emails are found, they're exported to PST, EML or PDF files. Your compliance officers or FOIA coordinators can then disclose the exported records to regulators, requesters or other third parties. Who can search and export in the archive depends on the roles and permissions you give your users.
Jatheon never discloses your data to third parties. You decide what's exported and who receives it.
In Jatheon Cloud
Users with the Manage FOIA requests permission can upload a FOIA or public records request, and Jatheon Cloud turns it into a ready-to-run search. Exports are available to users whose role has permission to export.
In Jatheon cCore
Compliance officers run the search, export the results to the format the request needs, and share the files with the requester.
