Can Admin Rights Be Controlled in Jatheon cCore?

Yes. In Jatheon cCore, you control what each user can do with roles, which define their level of permissions in the archive.

Roles are highly customizable. You can create as many roles as you need and adjust each one to a user or group of users and their position in your organization. Jatheon cCore offers more than 60 permissions to choose from, so you can give each role exactly the access it needs.

A single user can have more than one role, each tailored to the needs of a department or organizational unit. For example, an end user might only search their own mailbox, while a compliance officer can search other people's mailboxes, apply legal holds and review the audit log.

Limiting admin rights this way protects sensitive data and keeps a clear record of who can access what, which matters during audits and investigations.
