Once your Jatheon cCore appliance arrives, our Support Team contacts you to arrange a convenient time for the initial setup, which normally takes about an hour.

During setup, we help you connect the appliance to your network and your email server, so new emails start being archived right away. Next, if you have legacy data, we migrate it into Jatheon cCore for you, at no extra charge. How long that takes depends on the size of your existing archive.

After implementation and data ingestion, we schedule training sessions: individual or group sessions for end users, and individual sessions for admins and compliance officers. We'll also point you to this help center, where you'll find step-by-step guides and manuals.

From then on, our support engineers are available by phone or email whenever you need help, and you'll receive regular, free software updates.
