How to Get Onboarded for WhatsApp Archiving

To enable WhatsApp archiving for your company, please contact Jatheon Support. Our team will activate the feature for your account.

You will need to specify the exact users whose phone numbers should be archived. Once configured, these users will be enrolled in the archiving process and will receive an email with detailed onboarding instructions.

 

Each user is required to click on the WhatsApp Activation button, which will redirect them to a page with detailed instructions for completing the activation process.

Users must open WhatsApp on their mobile device and scan the QR code displayed on the activation page. After scanning, they should wait a few minutes for a confirmation message to appear on the screen, indicating that their WhatsApp account is successfully connected.

Once confirmed, their WhatsApp messages will be archived.
