In order to commence with Google Drive Archiving on Jatheon Cloud, please follow the next steps:

  1. Contact Google Workspace Super Admin on your side. Ask him/her to provide their email (username) for Google Workspace (email only, password is not required). The purpose of an email is to create a matching user on our Cloud platform.

  2. Ask Google Workspace admin to enable Domain-Wide Delegation for our service account. The process of enabling Domain-Wide Delegation is described in details in the following official Google article:
Control API access with domain-wide delegation

Relevant part for granting permission to Jatheon is described in section Set up domain-wide delegation for a client
In step 4 of this section, Google Workspace admin should provide 101410519144350503743 as Client ID
In step 5 of this section, following API permissions should be provided:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly

Once these values are set, Google Workspace Admin should click Authorize. Domain-wide delegation will be completed.

  1. Ask Google Workspace Admin to provide their Customer ID. Link to official how-to article

  2. Once Domain-Wide Delegation is enabled, and admin email and Customer ID are provided to us Jatheon super admin can take over - no more actions are required from customer. Create new user on Jatheon Cloud with Account Admin Role. Email for this user should match Google Workspace admin’s email.
