How to View an Email's Risk Score

When you open an email from your search results, Jatheon Cloud shows a small risk indicator right after the subject line, so you can tell at a glance whether that message may need a closer look before you move on to the next one.

Note: this indicator currently appears only when you open a single email — it isn't shown as a column in the search results list yet.

The icon's style tells you the overall risk level at a glance:

  • High or Medium — a solid, colored badge (red for High, orange for Medium).
  • Low — a thin outline only, not filled in.

Click the icon to open a breakdown with more detail:

  • The overall risk level.
  • PII Risk — a score and bar reflecting how much sensitive personal information (PII) was detected in the email, followed by the specific items found (type, value, and where in the email they appear).
  • Urgency — a score and bar reflecting how urgent the email's language appears, along with the specific factors that contributed to it.
  • Sentiment — shown as a percentage, for context. Sentiment does not affect the overall risk level shown on the icon.
  • At the bottom, the model used and how long the analysis took.

The overall level on the icon reflects whichever of PII Risk or Urgency is higher for that email — so an email can show as High risk even if only one of the two is elevated.
