How to Save and Share Searches in cCore

cCore allows you to save frequently used Advanced Search queries for future use. Saved searches can be re-run at any time and, if you have the appropriate permissions, shared with other users. Shared users can execute the search but cannot modify its configuration.

Note: Saving and sharing searches requires the appropriate permissions.

Save a Search

  1. Create and configure an Advanced Search.
  2. Click the Save Search icon in the toolbar.

Click the Save Search icon after configuring your search.
  1. Enter a descriptive name for the search.
  2. Click Save Search.

Enter a search name and save the search for future use.

View and Run Saved Searches

  1. Open the Saved Searches section from the left navigation menu.
  2. The list displays all searches you have saved.
  3. Click Run Search to execute any saved search.

Share a Saved Search

  1. In the Saved Searches list, click the More menu (⋯).
  2. Select Share.

  1. Select one or more users from the list.
  2. Click Save Changes to share the saved search.

Choose the users you want to share the search with and save the changes.

Important: Users with whom you share a saved search can run the search but cannot edit or modify its search criteria.
