The Download feature allows authorized users to download one or more archived email messages directly to their local computer as a ZIP archive. This is useful when you need to access archived emails outside of cCore while preserving the original message format.

Download Archived Emails

1. Run a search to locate the email or emails you want to download.
2. Select one or more messages using the checkboxes next to each message.
3. Click Download from the toolbar.

4. A dialog window will appear allowing you to download the selected email messages.
5. Click Download email to start the download process.
6. Wait while cCore prepares the ZIP archive. The time required depends on the number of selected messages.
7. Once processing is complete, save the downloaded ZIP file to your local computer.
