Software version: cCore 4
Role: End User, Compliance Officer
The Recent Searches feature allows you to quickly access searches that have been executed recently. Even if you did not save a search, cCore automatically keeps a history of your most recent searches, making it easy to review or run them again without rebuilding the search criteria.
The Recent Searches list stores up to 15 previously executed searches. As new searches are performed, the oldest entries are automatically removed from the list.
If you are using an earlier version of cCore, please refer to the legacy documentation: How to View Your Recent Searches List .
Step 1: Open Recent Searches
From the left navigation menu, click Recent Searches.
The Recent Searches page displays a list of your recently executed searches, including:
- Date and time the search was executed.
- The search criteria that were used.
- Available actions for each search.
Open the Recent Searches page to review previously executed searches.
Step 2: Run a Previous Search
To execute a previous search again, locate the desired entry in the list and click Run Search.
The system will reopen the selected search using the same search criteria and immediately display the matching search results.
Click Run Search to execute a previous search again.
Additional Information
- Recent Searches automatically stores your last 15 executed searches.
- Searches cannot be manually removed from the Recent Searches list.
- When additional searches are performed, the oldest search is automatically removed to make room for newer entries.
- If you want to permanently keep a search configuration, save it using the Saved Searches feature.
