As a Compliance Officer, or a user with access to other users' data, you can search and review your organization's archived Claude.ai chats in Jatheon Cloud.

Please note that your organization needs the Claude.ai connector set up first, which requires a Claude Enterprise account. To find the details the connector asks for, see How to Obtain Organization ID and Compliance API Access Key for Claude AI Integration.

Search Claude chats

  1. Go to the Search section.
  2. Open the Social tab.
  3. Click Choose Account(s) and select your Claude account under Claude.ai Accounts.

Choose Account(s) dropdown with a Claude.ai account selected

When only Claude accounts are selected, the type dropdown is set to Claude Message.
