Safety of Jatheon Cloud data

We use S3 (S3 Standard) class for the data storage. S3 Standard offers high durability, availability, and performance object storage for frequently accessed data. It delivers low latency, high throughput and has multi-layer redundancy. We also run multiple availability zones within Jatheon Cloud according to AWS best practices.

All client data is stored on segregated and encrypted bucket in Amazon S3 or, if aged enough in Amazon Glacier. We generally do not allow clients access to the raw data but both services can be accessed for migration or backup purposes. Please note that Amazon charges for various disk functions as well as data copy out of S3 so there is cost in accessing the data outside normal system functionality.
