In case you want to view raw message, you can do it by following these simple steps:

1. Log into your Jatheon Cloud account
2. Head over to the Search section and search for the email in question
3. Once you find it, click the More menu button in the Action bar and then select the View Raw Message option

A new tab will open up presenting the raw message.
