Jatheon stores a complete history of a user’s email addresses. 

Whenever a user’s primary email is changed, either through the REST endpoint or through Azure/Entra synchronization, the previous value is automatically saved and presented in the Previous Emails section that can be found under Mailbox Tab, as a part of the User Settings.

By keeping the full history of email addresses, the system allows users to search, discover, and access all data associated with both the old and new email identities.
