As an Account Admin, or a user with the Manage company settings and Manage Social Media Accounts permissions, you can see every source Jatheon Cloud can archive in the Connectors tab. From there, you add new connections and check the ones you already have.

Open the Connectors tab

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner.
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. Open the Connectors tab.

You'll see a card for each connector. Each card shows a category label, and a number if your organization already has connections of that type:

  • Social Media — Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Collaboration — MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, RingCentral, Ice Chat, Bloomberg and Google Chat
  • File Storage — Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Mobile — WhatsApp, Android SMS and iMessage
  • Email — Google Mail, MS Exchange, Office365 and Other Email
  • AI — Claude AI
  • Web Archiving — Website
  • Protocols — POP3/IMAP and SFTP

The cards you see depend on your permissions and on the services your organization uses. For example, the email cards appear only if email archiving is enabled.

Add a connection

  1. Hover over the connector's card.
  2. Click +.
  3. Follow the steps in the window that opens. For social media connectors, for example, you select the page admin, who then gets an email to confirm archiving.

Email connectors don't have a + button. To set one up, click its card and follow the instructions link.

View your connections

Click a card to see its details below the cards. For social media, collaboration and AI connectors, you'll see a table of your connected accounts with their Status, Admin email, Date connected and Storage (GB). The Outbound column shows where the archived data is sent.

Click the More menu (represented with ...) next to an account to Disconnect it. While an account is Pending, you can also click Resend Email or Delete it.

Other cards show different details:

  • WhatsApp and iMessage — the users in the Archiving, Not Archiving and Whitelist/Blacklist tabs
  • POP3/IMAP — the Connections and Tasks tabs
  • File Storage cards — your connected accounts with their Date Imported and Sync Period (H)
  • Email cards — your Journaling Email address and a link to the setup instructions
