To migrate your EML files to Jatheon Cloud head to the Import section of the Jatheon Cloud Platform.
You will need to first log in as a user with the Import permission enabled (Account Admin has two permissions by default - Ingestion details and Run ingestion)
NOTE: Jatheon cloud can import zipped EML files in batches up to 20.000 eml per zip.
Platform can not import raw EML files.
Step 1 - Navigate to Import Section
Click Company Settings in the dropdown menu (located next to your initials in the upper right section of the screen), then select Data Transfer and Import
Step 2 - Upload Files
NOTE: If you intended to upload large quantities of data Jatheon recommends utilizing aws_cli to transfer files to Jatheon Cloud.
For more details please check How to Install and Configure aws_cli and skip to the STEP 3 of this article
Click on Upload Files button and then choose Any Files option.
Note that, in case you want to upload just a single file (less than 500MB), you can also go through Single File flow described in How to Upload a Single File in the Import Section article.
In order to use the secure upload URL on AWS, you'll need to contact Jatheon Support, who will provide you with your login credentials. Once you get them, you'll able to access your personal secure upload space and upload your PST or zipped EML files by clicking on the Any File button.
Once you click the Upload button, you can simply drag and drop the files that you want to upload.
Wait for the upload to finish and return to the Jatheon Cloud platform.
Step 3 - Import Files
- Go to the Imports tab under Data Transfer.
- Click Ingest All Files to process uploaded PST/EML files.
