Connect iMessage Archiving via SnippetSentry to Jatheon Cloud

This guide explains how to onboard users to Jatheon Cloud using SnippetSentry for iMessage archiving, including creating the admin account, preparing the bulk user import table, inviting a pilot group, and verifying message archiving.

Prerequisites

• Jatheon Support Team creates a client-side administrator account in SnippetSentry and sends an invitation via email. The administrator must open the invite and confirm their email address before continuing.
• Fill in the latest bulk import template (with separate columns for iMessage). Once completed, send the file back to the Jatheon Support Team.
• Ensure each entry has a unique email address — the same email address cannot be used on multiple devices. Entries with duplicate emails will be rejected.
• On iPhones, enable Message Forwarding during onboarding so iMessages are captured.
• Notify users in advance so the invite is not mistaken for phishing.

Step 1: Create and verify the admin account

Jatheon creates the customer administrator account in SnippetSentry and sends an invite via email. The administrator must open the invite and confirm their email address before continuing.

Step 2: Prepare the bulk import table

• Fill in the latest bulk upload template (use the fields required for iMessage archiving).
• Ensure each entry has a unique email address — entries with duplicates will be rejected.

Step 3: Bulk user import

• Jatheon uploads users from the completed table.
• Entries with valid, unique emails are imported immediately.

Step 4: Complete onboarding and verify credentials

• Users open the invite, follow the steps in the presentation, and authenticate.
• Once onboarding is completed and Message Forwarding is enabled on iPhones, SnippetSentry will begin capturing iMessages to Jatheon Cloud automatically.
