How to Get Onboarded for WhatsApp Archiving
To set up WhatsApp archiving for your company, please contact Jatheon Support. Our team will activate the feature for your account.
You will need to specify the exact users whose phone numbers should be archived. Once configured, these users will be enrolled in the archiving process and will receive an email with detailed onboarding instructions.
Step 1: Activation Email
Each user receives an activation email. They must click on the WhatsApp Activation button, which redirects them to a page with detailed activation instructions.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code
Users must open WhatsApp on their mobile device and scan the QR code displayed on the activation page. After scanning, they should wait a few minutes for a confirmation message to appear, indicating that their WhatsApp account is successfully connected.
Step 3: Archiving Confirmation

After scanning the QR code, two confirmation screens will appear to indicate that the setup is complete. Do not close the page until you see the final confirmation.
- First screen – “Thank You!” confirms your WhatsApp account is connected and asks you to allow 1–2 minutes for the setup to complete.
- Second screen – “You’re All Set!” confirms everything is successfully completed. Once you see this screen, you can safely close the page.
Once both confirmation messages appear, your WhatsApp account is connected and archiving will begin automatically in Jatheon Cloud.
Once confirmed, WhatsApp messages for the enrolled users will be archived automatically in Jatheon Cloud.
