To connect Microsoft 365 with Jatheon Cloud, go to Company Settings and then open the Connectors tab. For complete step-by-step instructions, please follow our Knowledge Base article: How to Configure Microsoft 365 to Journal to Jatheon Cloud

Once the Microsoft 365 connector is selected, you will see the Journaling Email which needs to be used when creating the journaling rule in Microsoft 365.
