To configure Exchange 2013 and 2016 to journal to Jatheon Cloud, you need to log into the Exchange Admin Center, click Compliance Management in the menu on the left, select Journal Rules, and then add a new journaling rule by clicking the plus icon.
Under the *If the message is sent to or received from option, select Apply to all messages.
Under the *Journal the following messages option, select Apply to all messages
and save the changes.
Finally, make sure that the new journaling rule is set to enabled.
