How to Configure Exchange 2013/2016 to Journal to Jatheon Cloud

You can configure Exchange 2013 and 2016 to journal to Jatheon Cloud by adding a journaling rule in the Exchange Admin Center.

Add a journaling rule

  1. Log in to the Exchange Admin Center.
  2. Click Compliance Management in the menu on the left.
  3. Select Journal Rules.
  4. Click the plus icon to add a new journaling rule.

  1. Under the *If the message is sent to or received from option, select Apply to all messages.
  2. Under the *Journal the following messages option, select Apply to all messages.
  3. Save the changes.

  1. Make sure the new journaling rule is set to enabled.
