To use these, some things will need to be set in advance:

GSuite Account

Your organization's account needs to have the appropriate domain added before you can log in with your GSuite account.

Adding a Google Login domain for an organization needs to be done by the Account Admin/MSP Admin or our Jatheon Admin. All the necessary steps are explained in How to Enable Google Login article.

Once the domain is added, you'll be able to log in by clicking the Log in with Google button. You'll be presented with the Google pop-up, where you'll need to enter your email and password. You'll be logged in as soon as you enter the correct credentials.

Microsoft Office 365 Account

Your organization's account needs to have the appropriate Tenant ID added before you can log in with your Microsoft Office 365 account.

Adding a Tenant ID needs to be done by the Admin. This process is explained in How to Enable Microsoft 365 Login for your Clients article.

Once the Tenant ID is added, you'll be able to log in by clicking the Log in with Microsoft button. You'll be presented with the Microsoft pop-up, where you'll need to enter your email and password.
