Besides your email address and password, you can log in to Jatheon Cloud with your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Before you can, an Account Admin needs to set it up for your organization.

Set up Google or Microsoft login

As an Account Admin, or a user with the Manage company settings permission:

1. Click your initials in the top right corner and select Company Settings.
2. Open the Integrations tab.

3. For Google login, select Google Workspace and click the + button. In the Add Domain for Google Workspace window, choose your domain under Domain Name and click Save. See How to Enable Google Login.

4. For Microsoft login, select Microsoft Office 365 and click the + button. In the Add New Tenant ID window, enter your Office 365 Tenant ID and click Save. See How to Enable Microsoft O365 Login.

You'll see a confirmation message, for example Tenant ID successfully added.

Log in with Google or Microsoft

1. Go to the Jatheon Cloud login page.
2. Click Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft.

3. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account in the window that opens.
4. If Microsoft asks you to give Jatheon Cloud permission, accept it.

You're logged in to Jatheon Cloud.
