As an Account Admin, or a user with the Manage company settings permission, you can let your users log in to Jatheon Cloud with their Microsoft 365 accounts. To do this, add your organization's Office 365 Tenant ID.

Add a Tenant ID

1. Click your initials in the top right corner and select Company Settings.
2. Open the Integrations tab.
3. Select Microsoft Office 365. If you don't know your Tenant ID, use the link in the description to find it.

4. Click the + button.
5. In the Add New Tenant ID window, enter your Office 365 Tenant ID and click Save.

You'll see a confirmation message: Tenant ID successfully added. The Tenant ID appears in the list under Microsoft Office 365. You can add more than one.

Delete a Tenant ID

1. Click the bin icon next to the Tenant ID.
2. In the Delete Tenant ID window, click Delete Tenant ID.

You'll see a confirmation message: Tenant ID successfully deleted.

Please note that you can't delete a Tenant ID that's being used for syncing. You'll see the message Identifier cannot be deleted. It is already being used for syncing.
