Yes. Jatheon cCore imports your existing email data in PST or EML format, and it can protect your email during a move from one email platform to another.
When you bring existing data into Jatheon cCore, PST files are actively imported and ingested into the appliance, where they're archived and searchable like any other email. Our team manages the migration from data extraction to verification. How long it takes depends on the size of your existing archive.
Jatheon cCore also helps when you switch email platforms, for example from GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange. Organizations often worry that emails will be lost or damaged during the move. Because every email is already archived on the Jatheon cCore appliance, you have a complete, searchable copy no matter what happens during the migration.
If you later decide to move to the cloud, Jatheon Support can migrate your archive from Jatheon cCore to Jatheon Cloud.
