How Does Jatheon Search and Retrieve Archived Emails?

Jatheon Cloud and Jatheon cCore index every message as it's archived, much like the index of a dictionary. When you search, the archive checks your query against that index instead of reading every email, so results come back quickly even across years of data.

The full email is retrieved only when you open it. This keeps searches fast and efficient, and you still see the complete message, with its attachments and metadata, when you need it.

You can run a quick keyword search with Simple Search, or build a detailed query with Advanced Search, combining fields such as sender, recipient, subject, date range and tags. From the results, you can open, export, tag or add emails to a case, depending on your permissions.

Jatheon Cloud also lets you search social media, chat, files and websites from the same Search page, and returns results in seconds even at enterprise scale.
