To create a new user on Jatheon Cloud, you will need to log in as a user who has the Create user permission enabled (by default, these are either Account Admin or MSP Admin).
First, head over to the Users section and click the New User button.
Fill in the required fields – Email Address, Status, Role, First Name and Last Name. Note that the Phone and Position fields are not mandatory.
Note that the Status field has two states – Active and Inactive. Also, choose the appropriate Role for the new user from the list of your Account roles. Don't forget to save your changes by clicking the Save button.
You will be presented with the success message confirming the action.
Next, you should verify that the newly-created user is present on the list of all users.
The user will receive an email with a link taking them to a page where they can set up their Jatheon Cloud password.
Once they set it up, they will be able to log into Jatheon Cloud.
