Yes. Jatheon cCore was previously sold as Jatheon Ergo and Jatheon Archiving Suite. It's the same on-premises archiving product under its current name.

If you have an appliance or documentation that uses one of the older names, it refers to Jatheon cCore. Articles in this help center now use the Jatheon cCore name, so search for "Jatheon cCore" to find instructions for your appliance.

Jatheon cCore is our on-premises archiving appliance. It's available as a hardware appliance, a virtual appliance, or a private cloud deployment on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and it archives email from all major platforms, plus WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, social media and collaboration platforms.

Jatheon's other product is Jatheon Cloud, our cloud archiving solution. If you're running an older appliance and want to move to the cloud, Jatheon Support can migrate your archive to Jatheon Cloud.
