A standard Jatheon cCore appliance, without the add-ons for social media and mobile, archives email from all major platforms, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Gmail, GroupWise and Bloomberg. Every inbound, outbound and internal email is archived automatically, indexed and kept for as long as your retention policy requires.

If your needs change, you can unlock additional channels at any time, such as WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, social media and collaboration platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Your email archive stays as it is, and the new channels are added alongside it.

This lets you start with email, which most regulations focus on, and grow the archive as your organization adopts new communication tools.
