Yes. Jatheon Cloud and Jatheon cCore automatically archive all emails that go through your email server: inbound, outbound and internal. Nobody has to choose which messages to keep, so nothing is left out of the archive.

Emails are captured as they're sent and received, usually through journaling on your email server. Each message is stored with its attachments and metadata, so it can be found and reviewed later, for example during an audit, a legal case or a records request.

Both products work with all major email platforms, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Gmail and Google Workspace, GroupWise and HCL Notes, plus other systems that support journaling or IMAP.

Emails stay in the archive until your retention settings remove them. You decide how long that is, based on your regulatory requirements or internal policies.
