Does Jatheon Keep a Full Audit Trail?

Yes. Jatheon Cloud and Jatheon cCore keep a full audit trail of what users do in the archive, so admins and compliance officers can review activity and spot potential tampering.

The audit log is read-only: nobody can change or delete its entries. It records when items were created, edited or deleted, what was searched, which emails were viewed, and more. Authorized users can view the activity of a specific user, including other compliance officers, within a date range.

This helps you prove the integrity of your archive during an audit, an investigation or a legal case, and answer questions about who accessed which records and when.

In Jatheon Cloud

You can view Audit Logs from the Audit section, search them by user or email, add them to a case, and schedule regular audit log reports.

In Jatheon cCore

The Audit Log section shows each user's actions by day and lets you export the log to PDF.
