Setting up Jatheon Cloud usually takes one to two hours. Our team helps you connect your email platform and other channels, and Jatheon never charges for setup, legacy data import or training.

In Jatheon cCore

Once your appliance arrives, our Support Team arranges a time for the initial setup, which normally takes about an hour. The whole implementation usually takes a few hours, because the cCore appliance is non-intrusive to the network layer and needs minimal training to deploy, manage and operate.

Importing your existing archive can take longer, depending on how much legacy data you have. Our team manages the migration for you, so you can start archiving new email right away while older data is imported in the background.
