The platform is built on AWS and designed to grow with your communication volume. Performance stays consistent as your archive grows, and search returns results in seconds, even across multi-year archives and large datasets. There are no extra fees for storage or retention.

Even though storage is unlimited, we recommend defining retention policies that match your regulatory requirements and internal policies. Data is then removed automatically when its retention period ends, which keeps your archive compliant and reduces risk. Emails on legal hold are never removed.

Your Account Admin can set the retention period for the whole organization, and you can give specific emails a different retention period with tags.
