Sometimes one click on the Archive/Jatheon add-in in Microsoft Outlook causes a crash displaying "Outlook detected a COM Add-in problem".

To fix this, click File – Options – Add-Ins – Manage COM Add-ins.
If Jatheon is unchecked, please check it.
