Once you log into your Jatheon Cloud account, head over to the Search section and perform a Search based on your desired search criteria. 

In case any of your results contains an email that is a part of a thread, there will be a link above the Email content (in the right panel with the Single Email preview) - View Thread. 

Once you click on this link, you'll see all the emails belonging to the same thread in the left panel. 

In case you want to exit the Thread results, you can click on Exit Thread link, that appears above the Search Results list. 

Note: Please note that the threading will be possible only for the newly processed emails, starting from April 1, 2024.
