NOTE: The Jatheon OWA plugin is supported on the following Outlook versions:
- Outlook 2013 or later on Windows
- Outlook 2016 or later on Windows
- Outlook 2019 or later on Windows
- Outlook 2013 or later on Mac
- Outlook 2016 or later on Mac
- Outlook 2019 or later on Mac
- Outlook on the web (SSO supported)
- Outlook on Windows (Microsoft 365)(SSO supported)
- Outlook on Mac (Microsoft 365) (SSO supported)
It's recommended to activate the "New Outlook" application on your Microsoft 365 Outlook for Windows.
1. Deployment (Microsoft 365)
1. Log in as Administrator to your Microsoft 365 and navigate to the following page: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps
2. Then click on Get apps
3. In the AppSource search type in Jatheon Archive
Click Get it now and repeat this step on the pop-up screen
4. On the next step you can select if you'd like to deploy to the Entire organization or you can select Specific users/groups
Click Next
5. Next, you can review and accept permissions requests
Click Next to finish the deployment process.
NOTE: It can take up to 6 hours before the Add-in is available for users.
6. To manage the application or edit user access to it, click the Jatheon Archive app on the following page:
https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps
Click on the Edit users
Or Click on the Remove App to remove it.
2. End User Activation and Search
Activation:
1. On Microsoft 365 Outlook application, cick on the Get add-ins located on the ribbon
Click on Admin-managed and click Add.
2. On Outlook on the web, click on any email in the Inbox and click on three dots (...) located in the upper right corner of the email.
Click on the Get-Add-ins, click on the Admin-managed and click Add.
Login and Search
1. Select any email from your Inbox and click on the Jatheon icon in the upper right corner or click 3 dots (...) and select Jatheon Archive.
2. Click Go to Login and log in with your Jatheon Credentials. You can also click Log In with Microsoft and log in with your Microsoft 365 Credentials.
3. Once you are logged in, you can perform a simple search through your Jatheon Cloud Archive by selecting the Search Term, Date Range, Search Fields and Tags.
